»  Brief Introduction of The Truck

Chassis configuration: The equipment mainly adopts the National VI chassis, chassis model: EQ1075SJ3CDF Dorica 3308 wheelbase, Chaochai engine, 130 horsepower, five speed gearbox, 19 luxury cabins, air conditioning, central locking, electric lift glass, multifunctional steering wheel, steel wire tires, ABS.
Upper configuration: Rear of cargo compartment: equipped with automatic opening function and sealed with sealing strip. Anti wave board is designed around the cargo compartment to increase the volume of the compartment and prevent garbage from being thrown out and polluting the road during transportation. The vehicle is equipped with two hydraulic mechanical arms, hydraulic pipes with steel wires, high pressure resistance, and steel wire rope synchronous auxiliary function. It is equipped with a multi way valve, a 150 liter water tank, and a 120 watt electric water pump for easy self-cleaning of the vehicle. The mechanical arm descends to a depth of 8/10 meters, and the operation mode is manual and wireless remote control. The operation is simple, safe, reliable, time-saving, labor-saving, and efficient.

1. Strong adaptability: Suitable for cleaning sediment in any harsh environment such as manholes, miscellaneous water tanks, oil tanks, biogas tanks, and septic tanks.
2. Large excavation depth: The maximum excavation depth for kiln waste is 10 meters. The working range of the robotic arm is 1000-1100 meters, with a volume of 0.075 cubic meters and a dredging rate of 95%
3. Large self dumping capacity: The dredging truck has a compartment capacity of 5 square meters, a U-shaped bucket, and a bottom design with a double cylinder three arm hydraulic top, which has a long service life and a large lifting angle. It can completely unload garbage during self dumping.
4. Good structural performance: The multifunctional two-piece hydraulic robotic arm adopts a 16 thick steel plate welding process and is driven by dual oil cylinders, with stable performance and long service life.
5. Operation mode: There are two modes of operation: manual and wireless, which achieve simple engineering operation, safety and reliability, time-saving and labor-saving, and high efficiency.
6. The Chengliwei dredging vehicle is equipped with a multifunctional two-piece hydraulic manipulator, which is suitable for cleaning sludge, sand, stones, bricks and other sediments in manholes, urban and rural factory production and household waste, mining water tanks, oil tanks, biogas tanks, septic tanks and manholes.
